Remote Buisness Development Executive (MENA Based)

Ma’ana is a London and Dubai based boutique agency that serves MENA musicians, creatives, CEOs and creative businesses with PR and marketing services.

Due to further growth, we are looking to add another remote fun Arabic speaking, business development guru to join the Ma’ana tribe.

The Ma’ana Business Development specialist will develop new accounts and increase the business of existing clients and creatives.
He or she will also develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects.

The Job Role consists of;
* Create and execute sales strategy
* To identify potential clients by researching industry publications, DSP’s and social media.
* Create and maintain relationships
* Research and contact potential business partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
* To nurture and onboard potential clients via communication channels such as social media, email and phone
* Following up on client leads
* Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
* Writing reports and analysing relevant business data
* Use and update the company’s CRM platform
* Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
* Being aware of market trends and competitors

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
* General Sales Skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing
* Minimum 2 years business development/sales experience;
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint or similar platforms
* Ability to analyse data and make recommendations from insights;
* Strong communication skills;
* Established presentation skills;
