For my new website, trueadvisor.in, I need a consultant who can help me in choosing and set up the right CRM. I need the following functionality
1. Autoreply to the email id and SMS which is mentioned in the lead Form of the website.
2. Automatically collect the data of lead form and contact form from the website to CRM.
3. Call recording in the CRM.
Any other thing which the consultant thinks is necessary for online service providor.
