Summary: I need a project done in UNREAL ENGINE for ARCH VIZ real state

Description: Based on a given Architectural 3D model, the task is to complete the 3D model with details & furniture and render the house including all its rooms + exterior

Tools: MODELING SOFTWARE + UNREAL ENGINE 4 OR 5 (It would be better if done in 5)

-3D model: Attached under the name of “3d model sample.max” is the model type we will receive from the client.
The task is to complete this model with FURNITURE & NECESSARY details to render the scenes.

-3D RENDERING: Based on the client’s preferences & Style (which will be specified later), the task is to RENDER the 3D model ONLY IN UNREAL ENGINE.

-RENDERING OUTPUT: It will be required to render IMAGES in 4K resolution & VIDEO in 4K from the Unreal Rendering project.
The UE project files should be delivered as well

-QUALITY: HYPERREALISM NEEDED.
The quality has to be EQUAL OR BETTER as the attached references “Quality_reference_1” to “Quality_reference_8”

-MORE DETAILS:
->INTEGRATION WITH BACKGROUND: A custom HDRI image will be provided from client from the real site of the property to integrate this in UNREAL as an HDRI backdrop.

->ANIMATION: This house will have a pool, in which the water should be animated.
Other objects can be animated as well, such as the fans, television, or other.

->LIGHT CHANGES: We will require to make a transition between day and night, and see it in a video.
When the night comes, the automatic lights from the house should go on.
