Consultant for Fully Integrated Textile and Garment Production Plant (UNIFORM)
We are a company tasked to do the following in order to sign an agreement with a non-profit agency located in Southern Saudi Arabia which works on different social and community development programs.

Objectives;
- To train 60 operators (30 Male & 30 Female) in how to make and sew UNIFORMS especially military uniforms.
The number may increase upon successful completion of the first wave of training.
o Salaries and any other costs allocated to the operators (trainee) will be covered and paid by the agency.
- Renovate the office space and the production area which is leased by the agency in order to meet the best international standard in terms of: Optimal Layout Design, segregation of the agency office space from the production area (plant) and its related facilities, securing new machineries, systems, furniture and any accessories required to set up a smooth and sustainable line of production, with clear & efficient process, rule and responsibility.
o Renovation costs will be covered and paid by the agency.

Inputs & available information.
- Our role and responsibilities as a company is to train the 60 individuals “the operators”, and to lead the project for 5 years in terms of management, quality control, securing the raw material (cost+ 10%), monitoring & controlling the operations and sales.
- Floorplan “as is” - Note: total area is 600m2 including the office space of the agency (updated layout might be provided later)
- Pictures and videos from the location “as is”
- The agency will be the owner of the assets and will be responsible to secure both the fund and the operators.
- The agency will secure different agreements with clients such as National Guards & Hospitals, other gov. entities for the supply of uniforms.
- The agency has a warehouse (400m2) in different locations, thus we can utilize 200m2 for storing purposes related to manufacturing the uniforms.
