Creative Floorplan And Windows For A Shed House Should Be A Passive House

I am looking for someone to add various floorplan and window ideas to the base we are providing (the shed shell is attached as a file).
What we are getting is a shed house and we have the dimensions of the shell but the floorplan needs to be done by us.
We would like to ask for 3 variations.
We would like to have the plan in 2 D until we agree to a design and than we would like to have it in 3D.
Once we get to 3D we would obviously like to add colors and interior.

What is important is:

- that the windows support the passive house design
- we want an about 50-60 sqm studio so self contained with a bathroom, kitchenette and if possible two bedrooms.
OR if we make use of the 3 height spaces maybe something with a podest bed would be possible.
It can not be officially a studio as that would not be allowed.
So please define it rather as guest rooms or teenager retreat
- I will need to provide you with a list of window sizes that are possible.
It is attached.
- The house should have 3 bedrooms, the studio should have one or two bedroom.
I would assume the bathrooms should be next to each other in order to save plumbing.
- We need to built on a small budget so smart design is needed
- In the front will be an under cover Verandah.
We assume on one side there could be a window seat and the other a working area?
We would need to use the North Light obviously as it is a passive house.
We like to have a big open plan living kitchen area
- Again Bathrooms and kitchen area all need to be placed smart so that plumbing can be reduced to a minimum
- The 3 bedrooms for the house should partially making use of the part where the ceilings will be high so we can build a high bed.
- We obviously need a thicker wall to the studio and the studio will need an own entrance but again not defined as an entrance door.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

Can you please not just send me your portfolio but rather send me a few floor plans you choose that you think reflect what we are after.
Especially regarding windows and the beds on podests.
How would you try to achieve the interior on a budget?
Please give the price for the floor plan, than the 3D rendering with the interiors.
We would like to have the price devided.
