I need a basic local webpage built to integrate into a project. This has to display shapefiles over a google earth layer to display attribute data. The user then needs to be able to change some criteria to display a different aspect of the attribute data, E.g. changing the cutoff criteria for heat maps, graphs and other forms of statistics. Ideally this would be created using typescript and react to match the rest of the project.
