Google Earth Site Line Project

Objective: The goal of this exercise is to provide the visual relationship between a proposed new 13-story Hotel/Office Building planned to be constructed and an existing Laboratory Building.

A rendering of the new Hotel/Office Building is required to be placed within the existing, surrounding context so that the client can visualize the new building’s affect on the views from the main Interstate towards the existing Laboratory Building beyond.

We request proposals to provide deliverables as described below. Two optional Scopes of Work are requested.

Scope of Work Option “A”

- Create video of view from a car traveling from south to north on the Interstate, including rendered image of Proposed Hotel/Office Building placed in Google Earth (or similar) images of surrounding area. Length of video to be as necessary to establish the visual relationship between the two buildings.
- Create 2nd video of view from a car traveling north to south on the Interstate.

Scope of Work Option “B”

- Create still images of views from a car traveling from south to north on the Interstate, including rendered image of Proposed Hotel/Office Building placed in Google Earth (or similar) images of surrounding area. Assume four (4) images at separate locations at intervals from south to north.
- Create 2nd set of still images of views from a car traveling north to south on the Interstate. Assume four (4) images at separate locations at intervals from north to south
