Retarget Unreal Engine 4 -PROJECT SEVEN DOORS

Hello everyone, a few days ago I was asking for a developer in UE4.
For work reasons I have not been able to respond and continue with the project until now and that's why I am looking for help again.
I will have several phases and I will need help in several occasions because I see that being an indie developer doesn't work working alone, so I need several programming and help in blueprints.
This first phase is easy, I just need to retarget the main skeleton of several characters (12 units) and some animations (4 units iddle, walk, run and attack) in each of them.
I need to retarget the third person character to be able to use ai movement, pawn, etc.
The characters have been created with Fuse software and some models are searched and downloaded from internet. I've tried with Mixamo but the result in the animations doesn't work well, I understand that it will be a nonsense, but I lack experience.
I would love to collaborate with you in this and future occasions.

Hola a todos, hace unos días solicitaba un desarrollador en UE4.
Por motivos de trabajo no he podido responder y continuar con el proyecto hasta ahora y por eso vuelvo a buscar ayuda.
Tendré varias fases y necesitaré ayuda en varias ocasiones porque veo que ser un desarrollador indie no funciona trabajando solo, así que necesito varias programaciones y ayuda en blueprints.
Esta primera fase es fácil, solo necesito retargetar el esqueleto principal de varios personajes (12 unidades) y algunas animaciones (4 unidades iddle, caminar, correr y atacar) en cada uno de ellos.
Necesito retargetar el personaje en tercera persona para poder usar el movimiento ai, peón, etc. Los personajes han sido creados con el software Fuse y algunos modelos son buscados y descargados de internet. He probado con Mixamo pero el resultado en las animaciones no funciona bien, entiendo que será un despropósito, pero me falta experiencia.
