Design A Cob House And Render It In 3D

This project is a little bit of an experiment, but it will be fun.
My friend has some land and he wants to build a cob house or a straw bale house.
This is a very old building technique using mud and sand, but you can create these really interesting structures.

This project is to design one of these houses and to render it into 3D.
You can use whatever program you want, but
after the project, your design will be put into the program Lumion.
So we'd need the file format to be Sketchup, 3DS Max, 3ds Object (also I think Blender works and Rhino).
It doesn't matter to me, as long as we can get it into Lumion.
It might be a good idea to do a quick test to make sure whatever file format you're using will work.

As far as the design, I want you to be creative with it.
It needs to be big enough to actually live in, but I want you to have fun with the strange shapes.
It needs to have:
- Two bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- kitchen with an eating area
- fireplace
- living area

As far as a design, the more whimsical the better.

My ideal candidate will have a background in BOTH architecture and doing interesting 3D creations (like for games or fantasy drawings).
Also, I will want to be 100% sure we can get your files into Lumion, so we may need to do a quick test first.
