Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US & Canada using a variety of innovative methods to find the most appropriate candidate.

Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

Maintain close contact with Candidates/Vendors/ Onsite team through constant engagement with all the relevant parties involved.

Maintain and track all relevant metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle (Contact ratio, Conversion ratio, Dropout ratio)

Desired Experience & Skills:

Excellent communication skills with good understanding of both Domain based and Technology based recruiting in the IT sector (Telecom sector exposure will be preferred).

Ability to market the profiles on bench depending upon the need.

Understanding of US Staffing, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc is a MUST.

Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.

Great work ethic and committed to the organization on a long-term basis.

Experience working on direct clients /MSP / VMS.

Exposure to Recruitment Application System.

Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
