I need a WordPress Designer/Developer

We are a startup company looking for an efficient, creative web developer/designer. We are in need of a website that can be up and running quickly, and we will be adding to it as our business grows. We have a basic design in mind and will start with just a few pages. Our customers will register online and fill out a form telling us what kind of data they want us to provide back to them in a report format. We will collect the data offline for the time being. Several plugins will be required, Registration, Forms and EasyCart. If there are other plugins that would work better than EasyCart, we are open to suggestions. We want a flow of the incoming request, the fulfillment of the order, and a way to collect billing data for monthly invoicing.
Based upon your successful, timely completion of this new website, we will consider you to work on ALL of our upcoming projects. This would translate into a permanent position with our company at a six figure income.
