Online Customer Support
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
We are looking for an individual with exceptional written communication skills in English to offer online customer support to our customers. We are an e-commerce company and looking to grow with additional team members.
Requirements:
-Reply to customer inquiries & requests in a timely manner
-Provide customer with ticket support (sample responses will be given)
-Follow up with customers to provide post purchase support and claims in a timely manner
Good to have:
-Previous online customer support experience
Hours: 1-2 hours daily (work on your own schedule from home)
