Chinese Translator for Handwritten Letters & Old Documents

We have a batch of old handwritten letters and typed historical lectures in English. They are from the early 20th century. We need a Chinese translator to carefully translate them into clear, natural Chinese (Simplified).
The letters are personal; the lectures are about past events. Your job is to make them easy to read in Chinese while keeping all the facts, dates, and names exactly right. You must also type out any hard-to-read handwriting.
What You'll Do:
Read scanned handwritten letters and typed pages in English.
Translate everything into modern, standard Chinese.
Keep all historical details accurate.
Make sure the final Chinese text is clean and well-organized in a Word document.
We Need Someone Who Is:
A native Chinese (Simplified) speaker with very good writing skills.
Comfortable reading English, including old handwriting.
Careful and patient with details.
