Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Would like to work with a developer on a nonprofit site on an ongoing basis; time expenditure 1 hour per month.
Typical tasks:
Copy and paste new sponsor names into home page as provided 2-3 times per week. Sponsors are added only 3 or 4 months per year.
Upload and link monthly newsletters (pdf format)
Approximately once or twice a month, a recurring yearly event occurs. You will be provided a link to pictures or sent them (3-5 usually)or they may be cut from the pdf newsletter. Resize and replace the relevant page’s contents/text and archive the old content. Occasionally a new page might be needed for a new event; menu item and page would be created. or create a slide show on the site.
Edit or remove older stories or pages as requested.
Forward website statistics to webmaster/admin.
The organization and structure of the site needs work. If additional paid time remains for the month, please discuss with admin on any portion that in your view needs focus:
--Rebuild home/other pages
--Reorganize folders/archive old pictures
--Develop and implement a template for use with many of the pages
--Provide recommendations as to future work
--Clean up outdated info. For example, a story can stay but text “The event will take place September 11, 2021 2 pm.” can be removed since the event is now in the past.
