Customer Service Phone Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a dedicated customer service professional to handle phone support. Your main responsibility will be to redirect the calls to the sales agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from potential buyers
- Redirect the buyer to the sales agent
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, especially over the phone
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Patient and customer-oriented attitude
- American Accent
If you have a background in sales support and are comfortable engaging with new prospects, that would be a plus.
Salary: $50 per day. Maximum 20 calls on day to handle and redirect to the sales agent.
Monday to Frida 9 am - 5 pm ET (NY)
