- **Call Handling**: This role involves engaging with customers, providing sales information, and offering technical support. Proficiency in Bengali is essential as we serve a Bengali-speaking customer base.
- **Call Volume**: The expected call volume per day is low, ranging from 1-50 calls.
- **Software Proficiency**: Agents need to be comfortable using ticketing systems. Prior knowledge in CRM software and VoIP services would be a plus.
