Native Voice Recording Project
Budget: $10 – $11 USD
I’m putting together a short, one-off voice-recording project and need 20 new participants—10 male and 10 female—to read a set of provided sentences. Although my own native languages are English and Turkish, I’m specifically looking for native speakers of German, Austrian German, Italian, Swedish, Portuguese (Portugal), or Portuguese (Brazil) so the final dataset has true linguistic variety.
Here’s what taking part involves:
• Record the sentences in a quiet space using any reliable external microphone—the same type of mic I’ll be using for quality checks.
• Spend roughly 20–40 minutes total; most people finish on the shorter end.
• Deliver clear, naturally paced audio with consistent volume and no background noise.
You can work from anywhere, and there’s no special software to install beyond the voice-recorder of your choice. Once I receive your files, I’ll review them promptly (I’m fluent in English, Turkish, and Azerbaijani, so communication is easy) and release payment after final approval.
