The project covers the full cycle of producing professional, formal-toned promotional IVR messages in Bengali for a retail phone line. I’ll supply brand guidelines, key phrases and product highlights; from there, the first step is shaping them into a concise, engaging IVR script that feels consistent with our in-store experience. Once the wording is approved, I need a clear, studio-quality recording delivered in both WAV and MP3 so it can be dropped straight into the call routing system without extra editing.
