Virtual Assistant for Fashion Business Recruitment

I'm seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist with the recruitment of entry-level candidates for my Fashion Business. Your main task will be assisting the HR department to identify and shortlist potential talents to join our team.

- Assisting in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
- Reviewing candidates profile and shortlisting suitable ones.
- Candidates management throughout the recruitment process.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases, social media platforms, and job board technologies.
- Fluent in Chinese language.
- HR background or experience will be an asset.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and a keen eye for identifying suitable talents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in dealing with entry-level recruitment.
