Virtual Assistant Real Estate

We are looking for a real estate virtual assistant who can source us deals for real estate investment.

Tasks:
-Join local Telegram/Facebook/other groups for Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos in Cyprus
-Post daily and interact with potential sellers
-Contact real estate agents to get deal flow

Outcome:
-Daily deal-flow of potential real estate investments under a certain price that generate great cash flow and return on investment
-Focus on great locations: Central, close to beach or attractive for tourism (e.g. small village nearby)
-Evaluate the market to see how the current opportunities are
-Communicate the benefits in posts: Direct purchase, no agent in between, fast cash payment
-Build relationship with high quality agents (from e.g. Fox Real Estate and others)

Project scope will be 2-4h per day.
A fun, rewarding task that can be done without any prior experience.
