Virtual Assistant (Online demo/consulting)

We are looking for 5 full-time customer service agents to work during US Time Zone.

Open Position Hours:
- EST Time zone: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- PST Time zone: 8:00am - 4:00pm

We work in the fintech services with a focus on driving inbound phone calls from our marketing efforts. We also have an education side of the business where we provide online finance education.

Your role will be to answer support chat/video calls, email, and phone calls. You may also be asked to onboard new clients over zoom meetings.

You will report to our head of customer service.

Requirements:
- Conversational in English (writen & verbal)
- Familiar with Google Docs & Sheets
- Familiar with Zoom
- Multitask Minded
- Work well in a team setting
- Willing to learn new skills
