Virtual Assistant | Business Development and Marketing

We are looking for 1 Virtual Assistant for long-term collaboration. The figure will be responsible for: 1. Search ads for houses for rent (Italian and European market) from specialised platforms according to precise indications 2. Contacting property owners 3. Identifying needs, gathering information and generating interest 4. Make appointments to introduce our service, qualify requests and promote the service remotely 5. Track and record transactions in Crm 6. Send daily report with summary of opportunities. Requirements: experience in sales/marketing/communication, immediate part-time availability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong results orientation and long-term vision. Knowledge of English preferred.
