We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Multilingual Video Content Creator who can manage the complete content creation process, including research, scripting, video production, editing, and uploading.
The role requires creating daily long-form engaging videos (40–60 minutes) in Bengali, English, and Hindi, following a structured workflow and strict content guidelines.
The selected candidate will be responsible for uploading the final videos directly to our channel.

Responsibilities:
* Create one high-quality video daily (40–60 minutes)
* Conduct topic research based on given themes
* Prepare structured content or scripts as per provided guidelines
* Submit content for approval before recording
* Deliver content in Bengali, English, and Hindi as required
* Present confidently on camera in an educational/explainer style
* Record videos with proper audio, lighting, and clarity
* Edit videos including cuts, transitions, subtitles, and basic graphics
* Create basic thumbnails
* Upload videos directly to our channel with proper title, description, and tags
