Transcribe Multi-Speaker Conference Videos
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a queue of meeting and conference videos that now require precise, human-quality transcripts. Because the speakers change from one file to the next, each transcript must clearly label every new voice and keep dialogue in the correct order. Clean verbatim (no filler words unless they change meaning) works best for this material, but I’m happy to review a sample page if you prefer strict verbatim or need to confirm style choices.
What I’ll send you
• HD video files (MP4) ranging from 20 to 60 minutes each
• Reference agendas or slide decks when available, so names and technical terms are spelled correctly
What I need back
• One transcript per video in .docx or .txt format
• Speaker labels that stay consistent within each file
• Timestamps at least every minute, plus at major shifts in topic
• Accurate punctuation so the text reads naturally
Acceptance criteria
1. Overall accuracy of 95 % or higher when spot-checked against the source video
2. All speakers clearly identified or marked as “Speaker 1 / Speaker 2” if names are unknown
3. Delivery within the agreed turnaround (typically 48 hours per hour of footage)
If you already work with tools like Express Scribe, Trint, Descript, or your own custom workflow, feel free to integrate them—just make sure the final output meets the accuracy and formatting points above.
