Accurate Handwritten Notes Transcription
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a set of English handwritten notes that I need typed into individual .txt files. Every page must read exactly as written, so please keep original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks intact. Where the author used bullet points, mirror them with a dash or an asterisk—whichever keeps the text clear and tidy.
Several passages are highlighted in the scans; surround those words with [HIGHLIGHT] tags so they stand out in the plain-text output. If any word is impossible to decipher, insert [illegible] in its place.
For this first milestone I will send 20 pages. A 24- to 48-hour turnaround works well for me provided the final files are:
• One .txt document per page, named Page01.txt, Page02.txt, and so on
• Free of added corrections or re-writes—faithfulness to the original is key
• Delivered as a single zip folder
If this batch runs smoothly, more pages will follow on the same terms. Let me know if you have questions before you start; otherwise, I’m ready to share the scans right away.
