I need a translator from traditional Chinese to English

have a book that has been published in traditional Chinese in Taiwan, on the subject of Sino-Tibetan politics, and I need to translate it into English. It is 436 pages in length. We would need a sample translation by October. Freelances who are interested in/experienced in the area of history or political science would be preferred.
