I need a Korean speaker to help me make a short call

I need to put a call through to a school i applied to, to help me resolve some admission situations but whenever I call, I get a response from someone speaking Korean.
I need someone who can help me make less than 5 minutes call to them in Korean so they can help resolve the situation.
