I need a European Portuguese translator/writer/editor

I need a native European Portuguese translator to edit an English proposal, manuscript and proofread the same for grammar and punctuation. The person should be very diligent, a great team player and exceptionally knowledgeable in both English and European Portuguese language, not to mention passionate about the language.
