film translation

I need help translating my film from English to Vietnam. This project requires creating a dubbed version of the film in the target language, so subtitling is not an option. I have already decided on the two languages needed, English to Vietnam. I would like to find a native speaker of the language to do this project, to ensure the accuracy and impactful representation!
