Translator IT->EN wedding ceremony

My soon-to-be husband and I are looking for a translator to give us a hand during our wedding ceremony. The task is to translate for the maid of honour, who does not speak Italian, to make sure she understands the documents she will be signing. The ceremony takes around 30 minutes. The translator would be sent the documents in advance to be able to prepare and if necessary talk them through with the maid of honour.
Language requested: Italian to English or French
Place: Langhe area, Cuneo, Piemonte, Italy
Date: Saturday April 8th (late morning)
