Translation from English to Italian - legal.

I am looking for a native translator with experience in the
legal field to provide translation from English into ITALIAN
The task includes:
1. Translation of a template of a criminal record certificate
and authorisation forms (specialisation in legal translation
required) - 1850 words. (most of which needs just re-writing
from the official document already in Italian).
2. Translation of the names of national criminal registers of
28 countries (EU and UK) Some research may be required to
ensure proper names are used and the names I provided
(local names and their English translation) are up to date
330 words.
3. Proofing of the lists of names of all the countries (251) and
citizenships (193), so that they fit into the automated
translation template.
4. Translation of general order processing instructions I send
out to the customers by email - 590 words.
