Translate a book

I'm an Italian writer and I need an English native translator who can speak Italian.
I would like to translate my book, composed by 116 pages, from Italian to English.
These are the conditions to have the job:
-The translation must be completed in one month
-You accept to receive, as payment, a percentage for each book sold on Amazon until a maximum amount, that we will decide together
-The translation must be accurate and without errors. I will check the quality, before accept it
