Translate Workbook book into Swahili from English, Already designed in Adobe and Microsoft Word

I'm looking for someone who can take an existing workbook and translate it into Swahili. The book is already created in English in Microsoft Word and the cover created in Adobe Illustrator. There are 160 pages including the front and back cover of the book. Each page has two short paragraphs that need to be translated along with two full pages at the beginning of the book.
