Translate Documents Portuguese to English

I need three documents translated from Portuguese to English, with a certification affixed attesting to the translators competency in both languages. The documents are 2 birth certificates and marriage certificate. All of these documents are single long pages, with office information on the back of the certificates, which also must be translated.
