Teach Chinese to 10-Year-Old

I'm looking for a tutor to teach my 10-year-old son Chinese. He is currently a complete beginner (A1 level).
Requirements:
- Instruction in both English and Dutch
- Use of a mix of interactive lessons (games and activities) and traditional methods (textbooks and exercises)
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Dutch
- Experience teaching children
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
