Spanish captions for video in Portuguese. Healthcare field.

We have 9 videos (overall: 5.75 hours) in Portuguese, and we need to add captions in Spanish. That requires a writing translation from Portuguese (audio in videos) to Spanish (writing in captions). The field is in healthcare (patient safety and quality, no technical clinical terms). We need the captions in a text document with time stamps, so they can be inputted on YouTube.
