Social Media Research Assistant Needed

Hello, I am a historian and author writing a book about the Vietnam War. I have two areas where I need assistance. One, someone who can translate several documents from the war from Vietnamese to English. Two, I need someone who can help me find Vietnamese Veterans who fought in the war. I have names and locations, but need someone who can speak, read, and write in Vietnamese to help search for them via social media. If we find anyone may also need help with interview translation services. Thank you.
