SmartCity Expo Taipei - Promotion Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our startup will be exhibiting at the SmartCity Expo in Taipei from March 19 to 21, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist us with onsite promotion and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials
- Engage with visitors, introduce our company, and explain our solutions
- Generate leads by collecting contact details of potential customers or partners
- Assist with product demonstrations (if applicable)
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive first impression
- Support in organizing small promotional activities at the booth
- Help set up and maintain the booth's professional appearance
- Assist with translation (if fluent in Mandarin and English, preferred)
Requirements:
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with people
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Previous experience in trade fairs, sales, or hospitality is a bonus
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
