Punjabi translator

We would like to translate two forms (consent & disclosure) both in Word formats from English into PUNJABI. There are 1,865 words total. The files must be manually translated and fully proofread. All applicants must be native speakers of PUNJABI and must possess a strong command of English and verifiable proof of translation expertise in the language pair.
