Post-DTP Review - English to Portuguese

We had a 2,486 weighted word long file that was translated from English to Portuguese.

The translation was then edited/reviewed for production readiness.

The edited translation was then migrated into the design file to prepare the target PDF file to match the format/layout of the source PDF file.

We now need to review the target PDF file to make sure it is fully client / production ready. We will be checking for:

Compare target language PDF against English PDF and review for the following:

1. All text is present including tables, bulleted lists, headers, footers, etc.
2. Overall format should match original English in terms of design and layout elements.
3. There's no font corruption present and proper line breaks are used for target language.
4. Annotate target PDF file using Adobe commenting instructions provided. Make sure all edits are clear, concise and ready for DTP.
5. Make sure the target text is correctly laid out in the PDF file.
