Portuguese and polish translations needed

I have a full note, written in English which contains strategies for a startup in Brazil and Poland. I did it myself and I want it to be translated to both Portuguese and Polish.
That of the Portuguese will be given to the company and the Polish version will be given to their partners in Poland.
A Polish version will also be needed in a pdf format while the rest can be done in any format.
