Portuguese Translator - UK Based

I am looking for a Portuguese translator to help me with business interpreting for an employee. The ideal candidate should have experience in live question and answer meetings and be able to interpret Portuguese into English and vice-versa. The project involves interpreting during live meetings, so the translator should be able to work in real-time.
