Portoguese to english interpretor

Need to track down two properties in Brazil (Rio area) to determine title and current occupants of properties. Have one full and one partial address, but nothing more right now. May require calls to Rio property assessors office or others. Failing that, may need to hire an attorney or investigator in Rio to assist us.

Then may need to send a letter informing occupant of various estate/legal issues and rights and asking for a response. Such letter may be written by U.S. attorney and then may need translation before sending.
