I Need Someone Who Can Translate Certain English Text Into Chinese Dialect

For a new YouTube channel I'm starting, I need to get some text translated into Chinese. Someone who is fluent in both languages, has translation expertise, and is well-versed in the cultural differences between the two should take on this project. In addition, I need them to be able to get the job done efficiently and accurately, all while delivering high-quality translations in a timely manner.
