I Need a Native Chinese translator if possible

We have several videos of interviews with Chinese athletes that need to be transcribed in English and turned into SRT (subtitling) files for a documentary. We have about an hour of material at the moment but will have more coming in over the next few months. You will need fluent chinese and experience with doc files
