Monk Skin Tone Project

We are looking for:
Native ghana speakers who can read & write english text. The task is to provide a single consensus estimate of the color of the person's skin tone as it would appear under neutral lighting (e.g., if you met them outdoors on a typical sunny day). You will see multiple images of the same individual, possibly taken at different points in time and under different lighting conditions. You will assign a consensus skin tone by picking the best of 10 high-level categories.

The objective of this task is to provide a single consensus estimate of the color of the person's skin tone. The goal of this task is to create a box over every text (paragraph) found on the image.
9 images of the same subject will be provided to you in order to help you eliminate bias in lighting conditions, skin changes with UV exposure, processing applied to images etc.
We want you to use the 9 images to form a consensus estimate of what the person would look like if you met in real life.
Note: Please prioritize accuracy in your rating over speed. It’s important that these labels are as accurate as possible. The objective of this task is to provide a single consensus estimate of the color of the person's skin tone.
