Mandarin Translator Needed for Virtual Event Support
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We are running a series of virtual events and that will be attended by Mandarin speakers. We need customer support reps who can help us understand the messages that people send and help translate back responses. No technical support expertise is required – we will provide you with the answers, you just need to be able to translate them. Here is the date and time of the events:
November 19 Saturday 4:00pm - 6:00pm TST
The types of issues that reps may need to help solve include:
- Audio/video
- Network/connectivity
- User experience
All customer support will be provided in Mandarin. Training will be provided in advance of the events so reps have familiarity with the platform and the issues that will need to be solved.
