Mandarin (Chinese) translator and interpreter required

Greetings and a happy holiday season to you. I'm looking for a translator who can work on written scripts and translate more than 4000 words into Chinese for a medical document. I prefer someone from China or the East Asian region who is fluent in either simplified or traditional Chinese.
