I'm looking for an English to Chinese translator who's preferably from Taiwan or HK that can help me to translate short sentences, emails, quotes, social media messages, etc. My idea is that each time the total word count reaches a number we both agree to, maybe 10-20 USD's worth, I will make a new payment.
