Localisation of Instagram posts (English into Russian)

We are looking for a social media expert who can help us localise short Instagram posts from English into Russian. This involves transadaptation of the text (creative translation) along with the localisation of hashtags for Russia. The expert must be a native Russian speaker with excellent command of English, solid copywriting skills and experience in Instagram hashtag research for Russia.
